Wick Lane
Overview
Wick Lane is 1.5 acre, part light industrial and part open storage site fronting the situated close to Hackney Wick overground station. Following the demolition of the existing buildings, planning was granted for 175 units of 78 one bed, 84 two bed and 13 three bed units. The site also included retail and employment space, a public realm, parking access and landscaping.
We identified the off market site which had a failed planning history and advised our client on the acquisition.
